1) Username

2) Reason for Moderator

3) If There was a SYIer, What would you do?

4) If there was Someone using Fowl Language, How would you Resolve it?

5) Do you want Moderator for Power or to Moderate the Game?

For Admin+ You MUST have Moderator status, and There is NO application, I will Decide when you are ready.
